MyBenefitsCount provides a web-based system to communicate the content and value of the benefits plans to employees. The system provides detailed plan information through a company-specific, secure website.

Benefits On-Site

Most brokers are very involved with client education and product selection prior to the effective date of coverage. They also usually help educate employees at open enrollment and answer questions. After that, you may not see your broker again until the following year. Not at Lambert & Carney. While we are very active prior and during open enrollment, we also stay visible and active even AFTER the effective date of coverage. We dedicate our time to our clients. A principal of Lambert & Carney will schedule a time to come on-site to answer all employee questions and issues. It has been our experience and the experience of our clients that this is the best way to ensure a smooth transition for both the Human Resource Department and the employees.

Total Compensation Statements

Most employees don’t realize the extent of their compensation beyond the amount on their paychecks. When the total breadth of their compensation package is presented employees gain a much better understanding of their total compensation including benefits. We help you quantify and communicate how employee compensation goes well beyond their paycheck. We provide custom designed benefit statements for all employees. COBRA & HIPAA Administration

Through our partnership with Cobra Outsourcing Company, Lambert & Carney provides for comprehensive COBRA and HIPAA administration. Cobra Outsourcing will serve as your Plan Administrator and will hold you harmless to any mistakes with respect Cobra and HIPAA. Cobra Outsourcing will handle all of the administrative responsibilities from the initial employee notification to monthly premium collection and eventual termination, making sure HIPAA compliance is in check throughout the entire process. Their online services will keep you and your staff well informed of your Cobra participants status all along the way.
