He started his career working for the largest disability carrier in North America, and during his 10 years there, consulted with thousands of employer groups, some of which were the largest companies in the country. Sean has developed not only business relationships, but close friendships with influential executives from many major vendors. These relationships have been an asset for Lambert & Carney clients, helping them navigate through the bureaucracy insurance vendors often create.
As a consultant, Sean brings passion and knowledge from his years working for insurance companies. This “insider” knowledge has proved helpful in negotiating renewals and helping vendors to consider alternative options. Sean knows how to stretch the guidelines of insurance companies to benefit his clients, while keeping in mind the balance of vendor pricing and risk management.
Sean’s clients range from colleges and universities to publicly traded organizations from Philadelphia to Boston. His energy and experience, combined with his proactive service is Sean’s greatest asset to Lambert & Carney.
Sean is a proud supporter and committee member of The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.
